Looking for well spoken, high energy person with good customer service skills/Receptionist skills
- Welcome Visitors
- Answer phones
- Manage & maintain office appearance & office equipment
- Monitor and purchase office supplies
- Stock and maintain kitchen supplies
- Keep up contacts & other important information
- Facilitate and improve relationships with old and new vendors
- Facilitate orientation for new employees
